Utah Fitness
OUR TEAM

Make no mistake, it takes a small army to run a successful live-in weight loss program. We have assembled experts in their relative fields to deliver a remarkable, memorable, and life-changing experience for you. Here is our team.

Adam Funke

Program Director

Adam Funke's life long passion for health and fitness is what lead to the creation of Real Life Fitness and Health.  Initially the program was only a local hour long boot camp, but Real Life Fitness and Health quickly grew in popularity and exceeded 100 participants per day.  Eventually the program evolved into what it is today—a live-in fitness camp which can tout some of the best results in the industry.  Adam has helped hundreds of people lose thousands of pounds and assisted them through not only the physically demanding parts of this experience but the emotional change that comes as well.

Seth Wold

Program Manager

Seth Wold has worked with the fitness and wellness community for over five years. He was a member of two division one NCAA track and cross-country teams. Seth has coached and developed training plans for novice athletes, as well as collegiate and professional athletes. He has won three marathons, and placed in the top 6 in several others. He worked in the athletic shoe industry for years, but found that helping others discover the freedom of an active, healthy lifestyle is what he loves. Seeing others succeed brings him just as much if not more joy than winning a marathon.

Jen Bullen

Lead Trainer
Jen Bullen is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).   While teaching a fitness boot camp for almost two years, Jen became passionate about making fitness and good health achievable.  Jen inspires our guests to change their lives by finding the confidence and energy to reach their goals.   Though Jen is a busy mom of four boys, she has also run 8 marathons!  Jen is an exceptional listener and has the natural ability to connect with our guests.  Her lifelong passion for health and nutrition make for a perfect match with our goals at Real Life Fitness and Health.

Dustin Bybee

Head Trainer
Dustin Bybee's life has always revolved around health and fitness.  He comes from a family of nine children, all of which competed competitively in Cross Country and Track and Field.  Dustin excelled as both a collegiate and professional athlete.  He runs a 4-minute mile and a sub 14-minute 5k.  He was a 4-time Mountain West Conference individual champion.  While competing at Brigham Young University, Dustin studied Marketing and Exercise Science.  While having a business background, he still found a passion for Sports Medicine and helping athletes reach their potential and accomplish their goals.  He has spent much of his life in a training room being treated and treating athletes.  He also has helped coach many individuals from novice runners to semi-professionals.  He is currently a head coach, alongside his wife, for a local high school's Cross Country and Track Program.

Janelle Cammack

Head Trainer
Janelle Cammack is licensed as a Health Fitness Specialist with the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).  Janelle received her B.S. degree in Exercise and Sports Science, minor in Nutrition, from the University of Utah.  As a trainer at Real Life Fitness and Health, guests enjoy Janelle’s positive attitude and great personality.  Janelle is experienced and accomplished in working with senior fitness training and weight loss, functional fitness for people with cardiac disease, arthritis, cancer, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, overweight and obesity, osteoporosis, and weight loss.  In her spare time, Janelle competes in triathlons and enjoys team sports.

Pua Palefau

Cook
Pua Palefau creates tasty meals that our guests rave about.  Her goal is to make our guests happy and teach them that healthy cooking is easy and tastes good.  One of the reasons she was attracted to Real Life Fitness and Health is our focus on eating delicious, healthy foods that fuel your body properly.  Pua is studying nutrition in college, and still finds time to spend with her husband and daughter—and is expecting another child as well!

Sue Palmer
