Our retreat is located in a quiet neighborhood in the beautiful Wasatch Mountains.
Our facility is private, luxurious residences where you will have constant contact with the program director, personal trainers, and other team members on a daily basis. We want you to succeed and not feel as though you are “going at it alone.” In addition to working out, Real Life Fitness and Health will plan fun group activities including game and movie nights and outings in the area.
Every day will consist of hard work and lots of great information.
We will be working out for 5 to 8 hours each day, which will help your body to burn several thousand calories. No two days will be the same. Weekends will be a little less grueling and filled with recreation. We want to teach you how to have fun and celebrate your healthy body so that you will change your lifestyle to maintain it. We will enjoy the unique landscapes of Utah by taking hikes, trips, and doing other outdoor activities that will keep your heart rate and spirits up while you work through the program.
