What does the cost include?

The cost of the program includes everything at the retreat, including airfare to and from Las Vegas International Airport.  For a full list of what is included in our program, click here.  After you book your stay, we will send you additional information including a suggested list of items to bring with you.


What if I am extremely overweight and unable to keep up with the schedule?

Our structured environment is perfect for tackling any challenge.  We can accommodate any fitness level or limitation.  Please call us to ask any questions you may have.


Am I coming to your retreat to starve myself?

Absolutely not!  You may have experienced that low calorie, low fat or other fad diets do not work.  You are coming to our retreat to learn how to eat delicious, healthy foods and fuel your body properly to look great and lose the weight FAST!  Our program is designed to minimize hunger.  Our motto on eating is, “Never be hungry, and never be full.”


What if the program is too hard or too easy?

We know everyone is at different fitness levels.  We take pride in being able to develop and implement fitness programs that are challenging to everyone, no matter their age or fitness level.  Ensuring a challenging fitness program is made easier because you will be in close contact with fitness professionals every day for optimal interaction.  Whether you are training for a triathlon or hoping to lose over 100 pounds, you will have the tools, motivation, and instruction to get there!


Will insurance pay for my retreat experience?

Eventually, all insurance companies will cover weight loss plans and programs.  Today, however, few companies see the benefit of preventative treatment for obesity-related medical conditions.  Some insurance plans will cover some or all of the cost related to fitness programs.  Please contact your insurance provider to inquire about coverage and benefits.


What makes your program better than others?

Our program creates AMAZING results!  It includes more services and products with less cost than other program of its kind.  Our personal, individualized approach to weight loss and fitness is top notch and the professional staff take the time and get to know you and assist you through this journey.  We stay focused on why you’re here, results.  We have developed a positive, supportive, home environment to help you through your weakest times, and keep you busy and in good spirits.

Our program is built around scientific, evidence-based knowledge using only tried and true methods of losing the fat for good.  No hot dog, banana, or cabbage diets allowed here!  Our focus is just hard work, proper technique, and dedication.  We will have a wide variety of activities such as hiking, biking, swimming, boot camp, and educational classes.  Be ready to run and work hard 6-8 hours everyday as we take charge and shape the body you know you are meant to have. 


When can I start?

We start new groups every week.  New guests arrive on Sundays and depart on Saturdays.  We can work with you if your schedule requires other arrival or departure days.  We are currently accepting new reservations.  Please call us to discuss availability.


How do I sign up?

Please call us at 1-888-996-9290 to see about available spaces.  We will be happy to answer any questions you have at that time.  We require a $2,500 deposit to reserve your space at the time of booking.  The remainder of your balance is due no later than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date.


Do I need to rent a car?

We will be traveling as a group on most days.  However, weekends allow you more free time to be out and about doing as you please.  If you wish to rent a car for the weekend, you may do so at your own expense.
